Way to go RCL

pcsronbo, I'm thinking I smell a tri in your future.

Two runs today. 1.5 mile up Wayne's Hill in Traverse City and 6.98 miles to the top of Youker Hill and back. Time to eat anything slower than me.

Oh yeah, 4th season tri guy here. 1/2 Ironman distance, will be doing my 2nd 1/2 Iron in August. So this is still "easy" training since I am still recovering from 1/2 Marathon 2 weeks ago.

I'm a regular over in Multisport

Went out for a 22 miler, but felt like I was coming down with something so cut it short at 8... felt terrible.
