Thanks..it is two weeks from todayand I have come down with a case of nervous jitters,

Cannnot decide if I am disappointed that I will not be able to run fullout as I am helping daughter #1 get through her first one or just worried that she will **** out on me and I will have to walk it all.

All in all, I just wish it were tomorrow so it would be done with. The training is in the bank so to speak so let's get on with it.

31 mile trail ultramarathon (Greenland Trail 50k in Colorado). Lowered my 50k PR by 17 minutes
