5.25 this morning; hope to do three tomorrow.
Don't debate a stress fracture; have it checked out. Even then, it may not show up on X-rays right away. It took an MRI to locate mine two years ago.
1 hour of weights
tomorow i will be posting from my new office.I hope the big boss doesnt catch his new supervisor playing on the internet on his first day.
Monday: rest
Tuesday: 1.5 miles (and some "knee yoga" for to strengthen knees)
rest mon. a little tennis and grass cutting yesterday.

after work got in another 3.5
