Suday- jailbreak 10k 1.20.45 first time i ran a 10k so its a new pr for me.
MONDAY- 1 HOUR WEIGHTS
TUESDAY- 2 MILES WALKING 2 MILES RUNNING
WENESDAY- 20 MILES ON THE BIKE IN 1 HOUR
THURSDAY 2.25 MILES THEN SOME WEIGHTS
FRIDAY -- REST
SATURDAY 800 METER SWIM 31 MINUTES THEN SOME HOT TUB AND SAUNA TIME

Today Sunday I ran 5.5 miles with Norm my pooch.
2 mile walk with DW,DD,and DS on Monday.
5.5 mile training run this morning Tues.
5.5 miles run with Norm my pooch. Worked in some speed during this run. Thur. 0726

1:50ride w/ 10/8/6/4min Zone 4 drills. After 4 days of abuse it was rough.

This is supposed to be an easy week training-wise:
Sunday -- one hour exercise bike.
Monday - 5 miles.
Tuesday 4 miles.
Wednesday 4 miles (I might hvae to settle for 3.4 @ lunch).
Thursday - 7
Friday rest
Saturday - 11
Next week I have to take the long run up to 17 miles.
Week of 7/22 - 7/28. Current weight: 220, down 35 this year.

Tu - 11.63 @9:46/mi
W - off (rained all day - had scheduled 7) Oh well.
Th - 11.10 @9:52/mi
F - 6.30 @9:13/mi - hills
Sa - 17.00 @ 9:36/mi
Total for week: 52.40 @ 9:35/mi
Highest weekly mileage ever. Felt good all week but a little sluggish on Friday.
