Workouts for 8/6 to 8/13

I'm back from vacation. Ran a few times while I was gone but mostly just walked in the sand.
Teh good news is that the pain in my foot is now completely gone. Maybe it just needed rest.
Todays run: 3.5 humid miles.

today was 18 miles on the stationary bike in 1 hour

8-6 Weights and situps 1 hour
8-7 Ran 3.8 Miles 41 minutes
8/8 Nada... Flu or something yuck
8-9 no run went to doctor.. I have Lymes diesease.. will be down for a few days...
8-10 3.75 miles 45 min (treadmill cant run in sun for 10 days )
8-12 2.9 miles 31 min beat the sun up this morn

I've taken a beating with the heat and humidity this week: 8 miles Monday; 5 3/4 Tuesday; and 5 Wednesday. I still have to do a hard 8 tomorrow, and an 18 miler on Saturday.

7th 6x400's hit a PR on the 5th one at 1:26
8th off
Cooling down this week due to a big 5k on Saturday
8/6- 4 miles untimed.
8/8- 6 miles in about an hour. It was frekin HOT!
Running my first 5k this Sat.
5k is actually next month.
8/11 12 miles in about 2 hours. Took my pooch Norm with me. Had to stop a couple times to let him hydrate in the canal.
8/13 5 miles 1.5 on the treadmill 3.5 outside.

Recovery week from Half Ironman
8/6 - massage, + 30min ride
8/7 - nothing
8/8 - 30min activity loading/unload car full of family cr@p in 80+ ug
8/9 - nothing
8/10 - massage
I'm going freakin stir crazy. I feel FINE! Time to start up again... haven't gained a pound but feel like a whale

8/12 race, 15k in 1:14:44

8:01 pace on a hot and hilly course, decent run, could have been better, could have been worse. Maybe a few easy miles tonight.
