Workouts for 8/6 to 8/13

I'm back from vacation. Ran a few times while I was gone but mostly just walked in the sand.

Teh good news is that the pain in my foot is now completely gone. Maybe it just needed rest.

Todays run: 3.5 humid miles.

I've taken a beating with the heat and humidity this week: 8 miles Monday; 5 3/4 Tuesday; and 5 Wednesday. I still have to do a hard 8 tomorrow, and an 18 miler on Saturday.

Re: Workouts for 8/6 to 8/13

    8/6 rest
    8/7 morning 5k in 24:26
    .....evening 2 miles in 18:03
    8/8 night 5 miles in 44:45
    8/9 rest
    8/10 night 5k in 26:09
    8/11 rest
    8/12 race, 15k in 1:14:44
    .
8:01 pace on a hot and hilly course, decent run, could have been better, could have been worse. Maybe a few easy miles tonight.
