KR 30s Thursday, 12-20

The KR domain says Welcome but no sign of things being in place there yet. Maybe some time this day?

I did a total of 72 pull ups and 140 push ups yesterday. Already been up for a while today, plan to have 40 pull ups and 75 push ups in before work. Run after work. Tomorrow's going to be a complete body rest day.

Morning

1 hour of cardio tonight. Our weather looks like it is going to turn nasty for the weekend. I don't have anywhere to go, so that is ok with me.

I'm tired and wasn't able to do anything exercise-wise last night. For now I'm gonna stick with my java buddy until the day looks better http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/lovecoffee.gif

Hope everyone has a good one and we get KR back later!!!

Re: KR 30s Thursday, 12-20

Morning all. I am skipping coffee today for the Maintain Campaign. Even though KR is down, I had this day memorized because I knoew it would suck. Plus, I am officially sick. Had to get up early this AM because we had some minorly messy weather last night - a few hours of rain that changed over to snow. We only got about 1/2", but that froze solid to the wet stuff underneath. Was up bright and early to salt and sand the driveway,

5 sleasy miles this AM. HR about 15 bpm minute higher than usual for the pace I was at. Ummmm - no coffee + snotty head. Blah.

Sending good vibes to KR ~~~~~~~~~------>>>>

Re: KR 30s Thursday, 12-20

Morning all,

Wow, the seem to have actually fixed some of the buggy issues here. I just hit the login to reply button and it redirected me back to the thread after I logged in. And, the text editor loaded without an error like it was doing on the first try.

Anyway, no run for me yesterday. I'm sitting in the waiting area at the car dealership. My car needs a 30,000 mile checkup.

Tim sorry that you're not feeling well. I'm not going to send you inappropriate hugs, but feel better just the same. OK?

So, I gave DW her big Christmas gift last night because I didn't want to take it with us on her trip. Needless to say, she was totally blown away. I thought that she had figured it out, but she hadn't. I ended up getting her the 24 inch display iMac. The thing is awesome. She's really excited about it. I just have to get one more thing for it, today maybe, a plug in gadget called eye-TV so that it will record TV programs like a DVR.

Got it all set up last night and moved the old computer off of her desk. Had a bit of an issue with the new HP printer. The reason why, the driver disk in the printer is not the correct software for the new mac operating system "leopard" OS X 10.5. And, even though I got the printer with the computer at the apple store, no one gave me a heads up on this issue. A quick google had me into the apple support forum with the correct links to the beta version of the driver. Interstingly, you can't find what you need by trying to search the HP site. But, the people in the mac community had links that took you to the correct place.

I'm going to be stuck in a transition training all day. A consutlant that we hired to do consolodated reporting is not being renewed for next year, so we (me and one other person) are going to have to inherit his reports. So, I'll be stuck in the conf room for at least 6 hours. I hope to get out for about 6 miles sometime.

later peeps....can't wait for KR to be back online

Yeah, me too. Good thing I didn't know. How many points is it worth? unless it's like 100 or something, I don't think I would've participated in that today. I need me some coffee...I think I'll go get another cup! http://community.active.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif

the quoting functionality on here is teh suck! The formatting is very tempermental in the text window.
