Other than illness and recovery from minor surgeries, I have run every week, anywhere from 4-7 days, since November 29, 1987. My weight has dropped from 236+ to 215 lbs., and I no longer have high blood pressure. My training and racing times are starting to go south, however. I guess the next 20 years probably will be a little harder.
Wow, now that's impressive! Great job on your streak and best of luck in the next 20!

Nice. Long term commitment is one of the greatest things a person can get out of this sport.
So, tell us about some high points, low points, people who have influenced you , stuff you're particularly proud of, sutff you might have done differently. etc
Very nice... I hope I will be able to say this as well
Nice Job! What keeps you going?

Congratulations! I've only been running since July '02. I can't wait to get to 20 years. Runners like you are an inspiration for guys like me.
