Really early here ( a full day) however leaving town for work for a few days
Mon: 3 mile walk
Tue: 3 mile run
Wed: 5 mile Run
Thur: 6 Mile run
Fri : Rest
Sat: 4 mile run
Sun: 7 mile Run (5:30 am)
25 Miles Running 3 miles walk
Have a good Sunday all I will talk to you all on Tues night
Time to go shovel driveway now
Monday -- weights (rained out)
Tues. -- 3.25 + 3.4 = 6.65
Wed. -- 3.4 (+weights)
Thurs. -- 3.4
Friday -- 3.25 + 3.4 = 6.65
Sat. -- Thought about doing a 5K, but changed my mind + and just did 4.2 mile training run
Sun. 3.25.
Monday - 9.5 miles after only 2.5 hours of sleep then off to work. Not anything I'd reccomend.
Tuesday -rest
Wednesday - 6.5
Thursday - rest
Friday - 7
Saturday - rest (overslept - same thing)
Sunday - 10
33 miles. Kinda wanted to do 12 today but just wasn't feeling the love.
Mon - off
Tues - 5.1 miles, easy, trail
Wed - off
Thur - 5.1 miles, easy, trail
Fri - off
Sat - 16.2 miles, trail, night run (followed by ribs and beer!)
Sun - nothing yet. May still haul my carcass out for a short run though...
Week: 26.4 miles
