Good morning folks

Traded some distance for intensity Sunday morning. Cool, cloudy and clear pavement. Rest of the week is hit or miss so I got a tempo run in on Sunday.

Wed: 5 Miles
Thur: 6 Miles
Fri: Rest
Sat: Rest
Sunday: 10 Miles
Week Total 25 Miles
Tough week: I came down with a cold or something by Wednesday and have had to take it a little easy.
Mon. 3.4
Tues. 3.4
Wed. weights
Thur. exer. bike
Fri. rest
Sat. 4 miles (indoors)
Sun. 4 miles (indoors)
Had some chest pain after Monday's run which has continued non-stop all week... I think it's pericarditis, from a recent bout w/ a cold virus. No running the rest of the week, and likely the rest of the year until it heals up.
Headed in to the doctor to get it checked this week.
Monday - 6 miles, trail, moderate
Tue-Sun - Zilch.
Hope everyone else had a better week !http://www.coolrunning.com/forums/smile.gif|src=http://www.coolrunning.com/forums/smile.gif|border=0!

Chest pains get you head of line privelage at the ER. I'm thinking you should have gone at the first sign of chest pain.
Drop us a line as soon as you can and let us know you're ok.
cgerber, let us know how you're doing!

I just wish the weather would decide on a temperature range here. Friday we had a record high of 86, today it's hovering just above freezing with drizzling rain. It's hard to stay motivated with funky temps.
