1.21 Gigawatts!  Y'all remember Doc from "Back to the Future".  Great Scot!  By the way, that is 1,210,000 Watts,  a lot of electricity.  Maybe if you had the whole crew of an aircraft carrier doing turbo spin class, or someway to convert the static electricity into exponentially more energy, such as electrolysis and burning of the subsequent hydrogen fuel.  You know, a combination solar powered and cold fusion submarine.  HAHA. 

Dear Sara.     Let's catch up in 2008.  More important than the raw idea of the "Fitness Energy Generator" is the formation of like minded individuals who share the same passion and can work together towards the goal of realizing their dreams.  The Eco-Friendly Boat is called "Earthrace" and it looks like something from the distant future.  The boat cost about 1.5 billion British Pounds, requiring the captain to mortgage his house and seek several significant donors.  On top of that, he wasn't the only person to undergo liposuction.  The inner cabin walls are covered with signatures and words of encouragement.  Earthrace is scheduled to travel around the world, and how many of us as we sit in front of our computers desire the same adventure.  I for one.  God forbid the boat should sink to the bottom of the ocean after an encounter with pirates (they really exist), but should such fate befall them, already they have begun to inspire future brilliant minds.  Priceless.  Happy New Year!  Safe travels and peace be the journey.
