Is the Mega Ramp too dangerous?

Did everyone see Jake Brown's fall at the X Games 13 Big Air Skateboarding Competition? He says he looks forward to getting back out there.
Do you think going bigger is better or is it too dangerous?
Going bigger is always better because every year these sports evolve and the degree of difficulty increases. The mega ramp would have been too big a couple/few years back, but with camps like Woodward, where these world-class action sports athletes train with foam pits to "safely" develop their skills, we will continue to watch bigger air every year.
A perfect example is Travis Pastrana and the double back flip. That move didn't exist until the Godfather Mike Metzger threw the first back flip. Once Pastrana mastered it, he took it to the next level. The double back flip went untouched for an entire year until he finally had a challenger this year, Scott Murray.
We'll continue to watch the sport progress because the public wants to be entertained and the creativity of these athletes will always lead to innovative, larger more technical tricks.

I know the mega ramp is too dangerous for me, but I'm not going to tell someone else not to do it. As the sport evolves the ramps are just going to get larger and more dangerous, but that's what keeps people coming back for more. It's exciting. So I say...Go Big or Go Home!
I think the Mega Ramp is a catch 22. I don't think bigger is always better. I think going bigger is a byproduct of trying tricks that require more air. I think much is lost in style points that way, but that is the trade off. I think eventually riders are going to have to get more creative in all genres. I think much of its about execution. Thus the sport does not evolve into a who is stupidest contest. That is how people get hurt. I would rather pay to see style and talent then big and bold.... Don't get me wrong. It love big air..... but it cant be out of control or you have missed the point. Nothing is better than massive air when the rider is calm, cool, and collect and able to stick the landing after some crazy *** trick.... That is where the money is!
