Does anyone know of any other podcast (or similar) for the couch to 5K program other than Ullrey's?

Just wondering if there's another one out there for IPOD use.

Thanks!

H.

I have looked, and there are more out there. If you Google running podcasts you can search from there. I will have to say that Ullreys is very good, and it has been helping me quite well through the C25K... afterwards I will mix my own music with beeps at pace changes. Good luck in finding something new.

I listen to www.JogTunesIndie.com. Dr. Bob has music for joggers and while it doesn't have the times sequences like Robert Ullery for the C25K, it does tell you the BPM so you can run to the beat and get a certain pace going. It is especially good to use when you start doing the longer runs.
