System Error (Active.com at it again)
So there I was hitting the post reply button again. . . (it happens a lot) and I got this amusing message:
System Error
We're sorry but a serious error has occurred in the system. If you are a system administrator please click "more details" below for more information about this error.
More Details
(The More Details is a link... which I clicked on and it did nothing.)

Hey. Thanks for the feedback. It is a known error and they are working on fixing it now. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I do really appreciate your detailed feedback. Thanks!

I just asked more about it and here is the deal. The error was fixed and then it reverted back somehow so it's getting fixed once and for all now. This is our #1 concern and we definitely realize how big a deal it is. Again, I apologize. Thanks.

Any idea what happened to my RTF editor (the 3 tabs at the top of the editor.) My last "preference" change while editing was to make it plain text because the RTF editor kept crapping out (probably a Vista issue) and now I'm on my XP machine and don't have the option to switch back (no tabs.)
And the really cool part is when I look at the page errors, the first one is "out of memory" and then it follows with several more that appear to be directly related to that out of memory error.
Out of memory (Line 1, char 1)
Event is undefined (Line 11, char 1)
MCTabs is undefined (Line 980, char 5)
MultiSelector is undefined (Line 1313, char 9)
Object doesn't support this property or method (Line 831, char 3)
All in postreply.jspa (this page.)
Give that to the developers along with my browser version: 6.0.2900.2180
Page properties indicate the page is 57411 bytes. Not huge but not small either for a web page.

I just logged the detailed feedback you just gave so the programmers can try and figure it out. Thanks again for all the detail. It makes things so much easier that way.

I run a development team for a living, Sara. I beat up testers all the time for not providing enough information.
Contrary to popular belief, "it doesn't work" is NOT useful feedback. And "I think it should work this way" is not a defect.
My all time favorite though and the bane of my existence is from the developer who proclaims, "It works on my machine!" Um, yeah, sparky but it has to work on ALL the machines before we can release it. We can't deploy your computer with our web application.
