I've had my wine, I've been out to dinner, had a long ski, and another long ski tomorrow, and now I say goodnight. Sleep well.

Time to do a little cleanup and hit the sack. No run planned tomorrow. Maybe a short one Sunday as the leg continues to improve.

I have a run scheduled for the day but it has been raining since yesterday. I am not against running in the cold misewrable rain but there are some serious puddles and idiot drivers out there.
