Good Morning! Yesterday I completed W2D1 and tomorrow I will do W2D2. I am feeling a bit sore today, but am sure that by tomorrow all will be well. Thanks for starting the thread Jill.

I am in week two, I actually did week 2 last week but I did it inside on the treadmill and I have decided I want to start running outside so I ran for the fist time outside yesterday, I decided to re-do week 2 since I am transitioning from treadmill to outside.

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and started the C25K program last week along with beginning the Nutrisystem diet. I just finished W2D1 today. Also, I had my first week's weigh-in and found out I lost 6 lbs last week. I'm excited!

I finished W1D3 today! I ran Thursday, Saturday, and Monday outside on an asphalt running path. I really started to feel it in my shins toward the end, so I think I'll be switching to grass for W2. I hope to be caught up by Sunday. :)

Good luck on Week Two everyone!

Hi everyone.....
I did W2D2 today and it went well. I didn't want to do the run but I made myself and felt really good after. I had a mean leg cramp in my calf after the run, I didn't get to complete the cool down, so I need to make sure I complete the program each day. My husband had the kids at the park while I was doing my run and it was getting a bit cold for them so we had to get them home. I am looking forward to completing this week strong on Wednesday. Keep up the good work everyone!

Good Morning! I just finished W2D2. It feels so good to log in and report this! It went well and I am psyched to keep this up. I used the podcast on my ipod this morning and it was really enjoyable. This way I didn't have to watch the time so closely. I could just enjoy the exercize (HA). Have a great day!

Whew, started W2 today. It wasn't supposed to start until tomorrow, but it's sounds like it could be nasty tomorrow and since I'm running outside, I decided I'd better get it done today. It was great! I found the first interval and the last interval to be the hardest. I don't know why. But now that it's over, it feels great. I still can't imagine being able to move onto the next level with only 2 more runs, but what do I know? I'm not scheduled to do the next one until Friday - which is good because I do feel a little shin-splinty at the moment....... Good luck to my fellow runners on this second week.

W2D1 this morning. The weather was a bit warmer than last week and it felt great. The run was smooth, no problems at all. Hope this keeps up. I thing I have noticed is that I am so awake and alert in the morning on days that I run, must be a good sigh.

New here! Just finished W2D2 . I'm doing the C25K indoors on a treadmill. My goal is to eventually be able to move the runs outdoors when the weather's nicer. I figured it'd be smarter to get my 45 year old knees used to the pounding on a softer surface first.... :)

I completed W2D2 today. I had a little back pain prior to the run but fought through it. Good luck everybody!

I finished W2D1 today. I ran in the park and got a really nice breeze off the river. The wind chill was a little too cold at first, but made the second half of my run so much easier. I only hope it'll keep up in the warmer months. Good luck with the rest of the week everyone!

Hey all,
I completed W2D3 today. Yeah me! It was a bit harder then I thought it would be. My calf 's were really sore during the run and still are an hour later. But I finished. I need to stretch before I guess. I am excited to get to W3D1!
