Here it is / was

That's if you're emotionally attached to it :D

Hi Patti! Sorry 'bout the throat. How was the snow in Miserysauga? I heard it wasn't as bad out there as this way. We were buried.

Re: Ontario Runners Forum

Hi Patti and everyone else who came back. Not sure I like the new format. Plus www.coolrunning.com was one of the few sites not blocked at work. Now that the discussion boards are on a active.com URL, I can't get in. Bummer. :_|

Hope your throat gets better fast Patti. I'm sure everyone is getting a lot of cross training in by shoveling snow. I know I have been.

Fast Eddie (now EddieTO)

Did someone mention snow? I saw 11 meters last year! Oh Yeah! I was known in a different life as "tigger" but when they sent me my new ID this is what I got. Fugging puppets!!!

Invitation to the Ultimate Running Adventure

As someone who takes part in, or is involved with, running events, I am sure you are always looking for a new running adventure.

You may already have travelled overseas to take part in a race? Perhaps it is still a future goal, one day to be fulfilled? Well, we would like to send you this invitation to the newest multi-day ultra on the world stage.

The Marathon of Ontario Summer Edition (Moose) is the world's longest six day footrace, and will be held in Ontario, Canada from 16th to 22nd August 2008.

The 302km, six stage race is open to individuals and two-person relay teams. With terrain and conditions to rival all other ultras combined, it is not a race for the faint hearted.

Unlike other events we are keeping numbers low, this means we can provide better support and increase the family atmosphere of the event. You will not just be a number.

So you think a race in Canada is expensive? With both the entry fee and flight* combined it is still less than other multi-day races in Europe. Plus we provided more hotels and transfers, making planning easier. So there are no excuses on that front.

Not sure about the family? Bring them with you. We are arranging trips and events to keep them entertained while you run. They can visit you on the course and come with you to the gala dinner to celebrate your achievement.

Any more questions? Take a look at the website www.runthemoose.com. Then get your entry in before you miss your chance at the Ultimate Running Adventure!

We look forward to hearing from you.
