Hello
Haven't been here in awhile. Sounds like everybody is doing fairly well despite the weather and the mid-winter running blues. I'm trying my best to get ready for Boston, but plantar fasciitis and February storms are taking their toll. I guess nicer weather will arrive before too long, then I can make a dent in my training plans.

Ok. One more wandered over from the old message boards.
Lenz's Law is a special case of Le Chatelier's principle: Any change in status quo prompts an opposing reaction in the responding system. I like that one better.

Not sure I'm liking this new message board - the board itself, not the people on it. Can't figure out how to get my avatar up. I've tried editing my profile, but it doesn't appear on the posts.

You have to go under the Account tab for your avatar. The one next to the profile tab. Everyone had the same problem, including me!

Hey there Fishmagic, welcome back. The more the merrier. Good luck with you training for Boston, spring will spring shortly. But it has to be a bear training for Boston right now.

Thank you, it's a 4 pound flounder that I caught on a fly rod...back when the weather was warm.
