As the new race director for the Valley of Fire Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k, I wanted to make you aware that we have opened registration. Our race is always held the Saturday before Thanksgiving and this year will take place on November 22nd. We have changed the course and now have you running through the most scenic parts of the Valley of Fire State Park. The entire race now takes place within the park and I can promise you scenery that can't be matched. All of the courses are challenging but our runners haven't ran this race for speed as much as they have for the experience of running amidst some of Nevada's prettiest natural wonders. We hope you will add us to your race schedule and come see for yourself what we have to offer.
