Feb 26, 2008 8:26 AMNOW Who's freakin genious idea was this?!!!!!That dumb exercise about balancing on your knees atop an exercise ball!!! Now thanks to a stupid chair in front of me I'm minus two front teeth!!!! Just kidding, but that darn exercise is pretty hard. I had to use a chair to hold on to it if not, I probably would now be toothless or at least have a busted lip......LOL
Re: NOW Who's freakin genious idea was this?!!!!!
You are a silly boy. I had a hard time gettin gup on top of the ball, but once I was there I'm good. I need to try adding tdicine ball or something. But I'm afriad if I move to much I will fall off! I start fairly close to a wall to help support myself while I roll up.
Re: NOW Who's freakin genious idea was this?!!!!!
I can now DO this exercise!! I can kneel on the ball for several minutes while holding a 5 lb medicine ball out in front of me and rotating it from side to side. The added benefit will come when it's time to wear the bikini again
Re: NOW Who's freakin genious idea was this?!!!!!
I actually have awesome abs, but I love them so much that in order to protect them I've decided to cover them with a special blubber lining.....LOL I think I'm gonna start trying to do this exercise more often, it's so good. Not trying to make excuses but it could have also been that I had just finished running and my legs were extra slippery with sweat and I kept slipping off the ball.
Re: NOW Who's freakin genious idea was this?!!!!!
I've been working out most of my life (running, lifting, baseball, etc) But I can't for the life of me figure out why it would be beneficial to kneel on an exercise ball trying to balance yourself holding a medicine ball. I'm sure it serves a purpose, I just don't no what. Enlighten me please! PS, looks pretty difficult.

Oh, Jesus, you just got dissed by an omi. That's pretty pathetic. No more excuses from you young jarhead types. Get your a$$ on that ball!

That is an exercise? Sounds like practice for a circus routine????? In my house if you see a ball you kick it. So my luck would be that I would get up on top of the ball and my short person would come thru and kick it out from underneath me. And I would be next to Jesus in the ER waiting to have my teeth fixed.....

LOL, that's it, I don't wanna play no more, I'm going home.... And BTW, I tried it again last night with pants on and was actually able to wobble on in for a couple of seconds at a time....:)
