Online Sports Performance Training Journal
Attention coaches. I am putting together a strength and conditioning site,
[b]S.P.E.E.D. tm[/b], where you can contribute articles on any topic [b]RELEVANT[/b] to Speed-Strength & Conditioning. I will say this, bodybuilding, aka, grunting and groaning bicep curls, [b][u]NOT[/u][/b] acceptable. Also, leg extentions, and any other single joint movement that has no relevance to sports will not be posted. Multi-joint training, stretching techniques, sports nutrition, topics that will make athletes and coaches....better, thats what my site will be about. I'm looking to make it either a bi-weekly, or monthly journal.
