...actually, The Back is a non-issue,,,,,,,,,,except for that Flare Up due to 3-days
of Driving over Christmas,,,,,,,
....it's Over-Use Injuries I'm having to watch out for,,,,,,,,,,,thank goodness
so, I'm backing off if hip or knees complain, but getting in 3-4 runs per week..........woohoo/////
enjoy 3-in-a-row............I'd be limping for sure if I tried that......
ALSO, rotate your shoes,,,,,it really helps when you increase your number of runs,,,,,,,
......nice running..................(slow is only a Relative Term)
