Northeastern NV MTBer, soon to be Reno MTBer, any others?

Anyone in my neck of the woods? Right now, we are outside of Elko, NV. Probably will be winding up in Reno by the first of the month. I love mtn biking, and I also am an avid roadie and I enjoy running as well. I'm a 34 year old female that would enjoy riding with others from time to time. My mtn bike is a FS marin rift zone.. one of three bikes I own. I also own a very custom road bike, a Ridley, and a Diamondback touring bike that are both as fantastic as a bike can get. I'm lucky to own them and hope to live up to them someday.

Pugdawg1,

I am considering Carson City NV for a place to retire. Woiuld you let me know how you like the area for MTBing?
I was visiting Las Vegas a couple weeks ago. I headed up I 15 to St George UT. Great place for single track XC.

I like the line of Marin MTBs. I have a 06 East Peak.

Meeting up with those who share the thrill of MTBing is almost like hooking up with new undiscovered family members, without the major holiday get togethers.

Thanks for the area's insight. Maybe I will see you all on the NW trails of NV.
