Amazing...Dave Heeley...who is also blind, just completed seven marathons in seven days on seven different continents!
That is so amazing!! People are amazing! Runners are amazing! What a true inspiration! I wonder what the world would be like if everyone captured their potential and didn't settle for the norm?
Thanks for sharing, Charlie

Very impressive! The Falkland Islands are part of Antarctica?? It just seems geographically flawed somehow. I think he should do it again next week on clear-cut Antarctica just to be sure! ![]()
I just wanna fly on whatever airline he's using. . .
He must have been sleeping through the whole traveling process...
Screw Jane Fonda!!!
Wow! A pretty amazing feat, to be sure. And not one that many people would even consider duplicating. But the geography purist in me will not allow for calling the Falkland Islands part of Antarctica. The main criteria for a continent is that it is one contiguous land mass. That certainly doesn't diminish the significance of the accomplishment, though. That's just plain incredible. Talk to you soon.

Doing the miles so they don't have to.
Yeah...I never thought the Faulklands were part of the Antarctica...still don't but I guess it's close enough. But just the logistics to get to all seven places and to be able to do a marathon at each place is mind boggling. According to the site, he is the second to do it...I wonder why they also don't give credit to his guide....because he has to do it with him.
Holy cow, this is amazing. How do you even get through the jet lag to run a marathon seven days in a row? Wow.
