Softball Blooper: catcher hits batter in back of helmet

This had to hurt, but a run scored and that's all that counts, right :)?


Shouldn't the play be called dead?

Ha, the slow-motion segment is funny!

Can't really tell if the team runs off the field because the run counted and they won..... or if the ump called an out on batter interference.

That player definitely took one for the team! At least it hit her in the helmet!
