Started running 3 weeks ago.

Hi, I am new to this web site and also to running. I started 3 weeks ago, and I now run 3 miles, 3 times a week. Any tips, advice from anyone?

_THAT IS GREAT_!!! Are you having any issues with 3 miles? If not only increase mileage by 10% _ON MORE_!!! Anybody that can go out and run is a hero to me!!! Make your runs fun don't get to serious unless you want to do races. _CONGRATULATIONS_!!! :^0

Wow that is great. You just started 3 weeks ago and you can already run 3 miles at a time? It took me 11 weeks to run 3 miles at a time 3 times a week. Keep up the good work!!!

You really have no need to extend your mileage at this point. Just enjoy your miles and build up your base. Have you run a 5K race yet? If not register for one, it is a great experience and a good time to meet other fellow runners.
