Whose computer is the oldest?

I don't mean the oldest one in your house: I mean the computer that you use.

Mine is a 2002 Gateway PC

Pentium 4 processor
20GB hard drive
CD drive, 3.5 hard floppy drive
128MB RAM

I want another one, but I just don't want to buy another one!

Re: Whose computer is the oldest?
Until recently we had a 99 Gateway PC. Now being used as a gap-filler between the washing machine and dryer.

Got a used PC from the Jr. High but haven't gotten the ding-dang modem connection working yet, so no internets at home.

Re: Whose computer is the oldest?
Mine might be older. I got it in July 2002.

Toshiba Satellite Pro
Pentium 4 processor
27.9GB hard drive
CD drive that's supposed to be able to write, but doesn't
(no floppy drive - grrrr)
256MB RAM

It still seems to work fine so I don't think the company will be replacing it any time soon. I suppose I shouldn't complain. I want internal wireless for the network connection on my next computer.

Re: Whose computer is the oldest?
noobs

My Dad is running a beige box from 1996

I'm running at home a dell laptop from 1999.

But, notebooks are way too cheap now to justify running anything but the latest...
