I just signed up for my first Tri. The swim is a 500m indoor swim. I swim this distance in about 9 min in training. Should I add more time for the swim in my triathlon. I don't want to slow everyone else down my making them pass me. I aslo don't want to be on the heels of the person in front of me.
I was also wondering do you flip turn when you sharer a lane or should I just touch the wall and turn around?
