If it is a guy saying that to me I immediately do a speed workout, of about 5 miles, away from him..

If it is a female of the opposite sex, I would compliment them on their powers of observation, and then make a witty comment. Or at least try to make a witty comment. This has never actually happened and I am twitterpated around women.

Oh, and about the emails. The ones from Nigeria are a scam. I am about to strike it rich by helping out the widow of the finance minister of the philippines.

(on a side note, i googled philippines to get the right spelling, interestingly I spelled it wrong 3 times, yet each time google returned several thousand sites that used my misspelling, I used this spelling because it returned several million sites)
