Ok, so now we have the cost. Now the question Jay REALLY wants answered is...what's the prize money! 
At the rate my body is breaking down, I'll be lucky if I'm even running by then (much less able to truly compete). And $50 seems a bit steep for a 10 miler, but then I considered the cost of a fleece http://www.corrigansports.com/Assets/balt+10+fleece.jpg Looks pretty nice...
Yeah but they want you to FINISH the race to pick up the fleece! I mean, I'll pay my $50 to register... but I want my fleece. I mean, what if I decide not to run. . .
(I'm KIDDING! I'm a firm believer that you don't get the swag for a race you don't run...)

That's the park. The 10 miler goes outside the park to cover more miles.

I knew you wouldn't be in the mud! We have already been over this one!!! I should be almost a month out of physical therapy by then. Its a good possibility. If I can do that I will be in very good shape for the tri in August.

OK, I'm in.
At least I'm registered. I might have to drive from Camp Lejeune to Woodbridge on Friday night and then to Baltimore on race morning (Saturday?!?!) and then back to Lejeune on Sunday. . . argh!

Interesting! PR's would be out the window, but logistically my Trifecta 26.2 hair-brained scheme could actually work!
Friday night: Run local 5K, arrive in Baltimore 11-11:30 pm.
Saturday: Run Baltimore 10 Miler, leave around noon, reach Fairfield CT by 5 pm.
Sunday: Run Fairfield Half, home around 2 pm.
I'm gonna have to think about this one...

No worse then the goofy challenge. Just goofy because it involves all that travel. LOL

Craig, that 26.2 total mileage seems like more than just coincidence -- it's fate! You can tell everyone you're running a marathon that weekend. It's perfect!!!
