Canyou post a manual (non-internet) donation form for those who do not want to donate on line?

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your question. Our offline donation form is attached to this message. You can print these and hand them out to the folks that would like to donate with cash or check. All of the info they need to make a donation is on the form. Please let us know if you need anything else.
