Cellulite Woes Muddle Summer Bliss

I am desperately seeking advice on how to reduce the cellulite that has accumulated on my thighs. I am an avid sports enthusiast and have recently started running as much as possible as well as doing my squats to try and reduce the cellulite. I actually feel like the circulation in my legs isn't what it should be either which concerns me. I am not overweight and work out regularly so I'm asking for help with figuring out a solution. I know changes to diet can help as well as other excercises but would really appreciate any advice from those out there who may have gone through the same issues and found a results-driven solution.

I'm frustrated and desperate at this time - especially with the summer swimsuit months SO CLOSE - but am trying to take care of this physically (work out and diet) vs. going to get "work done" which I don't even want to consider.

Thanks in advance for your guidance!!!

Re: Cellulite Woes Muddle Summer Bliss

Hi,

I am also trying to find a solution for that. I am very slim, no spare fat around the body but i still have cellulite at the back of my thighs.

I am coming to the conclusion that losing weight and exercising have little, if any effect on cellulite.

I have always eaten very healthly and done physical exercise since childhood.

I hope someone has a tip for us.

good luck!
