Cross-training with muscle pain?

I've got that deep soreness going on in my hams and quads. I was supposed to bike 7 miles yesterday, but I didn't get the time. I did tool around in the pool a little, but nothing to be considered crosstraining. Its still perfectly fine to go out and bike 7 when I get home tonight, right? I mean even if it hurts, its fine. Kinda like a recovery run.

Yep, just like a recovery run. And women''s shoes are built on a different last than men's shoes, so it's not just the size and the color.

Lenz's Law is a special case of Le Chatelier's principle: Any change in status quo prompts an opposing reaction in the responding system. I like that one better.

I am only beginning to understand your humor Len?:| , but it is witty!. I had to read twice to get the "No!! its not okay and its not like a recovery run".

I think he was saying it was okay. And then telling me that when I told Jimmy he could buy really large womens running shoes, that they weren't the same as mens shoes, because Jimmy wants pink running shoes. LOL

Right???

Right! Take that bike ride, it will be good for you. In fact, I'm overdue for one myself. I finally pumped up the tires yesterday.

Sorry Tom, I'll try to make it more clear next time. I didn't think the shoe thing was worth it's own post so I threw it in with this one.
