Half the Year is Gone...What have you Done?


I've been gone for awhile...I've been rehabing a right leg injury since the end of May and have only run about 13 miles since then but have been continuing with my cross training.  i hope to be back running and racing again by the middle of July and starting my 16 week training plan for MCM and NYCM.



Some first half of the year statistics:



Number of consecutive days with at least 30 minutes of training: 182

Total Races run: 17

Total Race miles: 212.8

Total Running miles: 760.94

Total Elliptical miles: 534.3

Total Cycle miles: 1202.41

Total Stairstepper min: 2227 (37:07 hrs)

Total Swim min: 140



How's everyone else doing on their training?
