Doctor Today

I have my appointment for my knees today at 1:10, I hate the doctor. With a passion. I'm hoping he tells me to do some exercises, gives me some sort of brace and sends me on my way, but I'm never that lucky.

Please send some good vibes my way, I'm freaking out already!! I suppose on the bright side, it gets me out of work for a bit and possibly even a half day! But I'd rather sit in the office with nothing to do than go to the stupid doctor.

Good luck. If he needs to consult, we're available.

Check out the book "Pain Free" by Peter Egoscue. The simple stretches keep my nagging platar faciitis away. It has worked for a friend's back pain too. Good Luck!

You can have a lollipop and a sticker, you just have to buy them yourself.

How about a Tequila shot instead?! I got some really good Milagro at home and I'll give you a shot if you behave at the doctor ;) :D

All right! Good news! Of course, now you have to run off that McDonalds.
