Yesterday was my scheduled rest/cross-training day so I did an hour of spinning on my bike trainer.
Today I did an 8-mile run. It was slow as I am still tired from Saturday's long run and my calf seems to be tightening up. I really need to find more time to stretch it out. I am thinking I may just do elliptical training for the next few days as I'm in a recovery week.
