There are so many sport-specific books on the market... depends on what you're training for... Look into Nancy Clark's books, (I believe she is also a contributor to this site, and i've seen a few of her lectures - she's quite knowlegable)
The Paleo Diet for Athletes by Loren Cordain and The Vegetarian Sports Nutrition Guide by Lisa Dorfman are pretty cool. Check out my amazon bookstore.
knowledge is power
I know it's not a sports nutrition book per say, but I bought the abs dietbook around 5 years ago and love it. I own a pest control and wildlife removalcompany in Orlando Florida, and I spend every day on roofs and in attics. Mywork is physically demanding like carry equipment and materials up a 40-60’ladder. I also spend a lot of time in very small attics which can be 120degrees or more, crawling around on my stomach removing large animals andreplacing damaged insulation.
It’s definitely worth checking it out.
Check out my Wildlife Removal Orlando FL Companies website - This is one of my reasons for staying in shape.
