Throat Phelgm

When I start running, I develope alot of congestion or phelgm in my throat. I seems to always be there. What can I do to get rid of this condition.
Try drinking more water.
What works for me is chewing on sugarless gum during my runs; it keeps my mouth moist, thus reducing that thickened goo in my throat:)
