For the Women...Have you heard of the Diva cup and does it work?
My friend told me about this thing called the Diva Cup and I want to know more about it. It is used in place of tampons and is like a diaphram of sorts. My questions are:
Does it spill when you lay down or anything?
Does it work as well as it says?
Is there any uncomfortable feeling with it?
If you have used this and can give me more info I would appreciate it. I run daily and am beginning to bike and swim and need something that works very well and doesn't cause the cramping that tampons do.
