How often do you exercise?

I am doing a project for my Statistics class, and I choose to do a study on how often people exercise. I am looking for people in the age group of 25-35. Can anyone out there that fits this age group tell me how often you exercise? Another thing I would like to know is what kind of exercise are you doing? If you could help out it would be greatly appreciated.-Heather-
hi....male, 35....I usually workout 4-6 days a week....my routine usually involves warm up bike 10mins....stretching about 5-6 minutes....sit ups about 100....then move on to chest exercises (machine presses), lower back machine, pull downs (back)....then bicep curl machine (3 sets), tricep machine (3 sets), leg extentions, leg curls, thigh machine presses (all 3 sets)--usually light weight, 15-20 reps.......then I would run on treadmill for 30-60 minutes.......major workout is cardio-i am a runner for marathons and ultras......I am slighty injured, so i do speed walking on treadmill (hill mode).........I love running outside when not injured, and again do 30-60 min workout....
my resting heart rate is between 44-52 depends how rested....i recommend atleast 6-8 hours if you can....i get abot 4-5 hours rest....
my workout usually last between 45 minutes to 1 hour....

3 hour workout is too long....
25 Female 5-6 days a week, 3 Spinning classes, 3 pilates, 2 outdoor runs that are 4-9 miles, 2 outdoor runs 3 miles. Details of runs vvary week to week
Are you still collecting data? If so, here is a my routine:
Gender: Male
Age: 33
First thing in the morning: 30-60 minutes on elliptical
Evening: 60 minutes weight training 3x per week, 20 minutes HIIT 2x per week.
in my previous response i commented on rest, i meant to write 6-8 hours SLEEP, if you can....
