Peach, you did it once, with the dr's ok, you SURE can do it again and will do it again.  It was good to see you're back again.

Don't worry. This one will be easier.

I'm just telling you that it will.  No figuring.  The second one is always easier.

Then start at three miles.  It puts you a mile ahead of me at this point. (and may I say you look mighty little so far away!)

Re: working on 2nd marathon

Peach just start by running.  I figure you still have a bit of a base.  Start slow and easy and enjoy the build to 25-30 miles a week.  Start with 3-5 days of running 2-5 miles a day and increase the long run to a 10 miler by 18 weeks out from the race.  Remember every 4th week to step back and take it easy.

This is just an example and would/could need to be tweaked but it is a starting point.  You migh even have to satrt off with fewer miles then this.  This should, however give you an idea.  Way to go Peachy on getting back on the donkey and showing that thing who the boss is.

Re: working on 2nd marathon

Jimmy's laid out the basics.  From there add a mile or two each week until you're doing a 10 mile long run and 4 or 5 miles 4 days a week.  Maintain that until you're 18 weeks out then start building your long run toward 20, with step-back weeks every 4th week, leaving time for a 3 week taper at the end.
