LOL Jess you will not be the first person to call me crazy !! - the heavy legs are likely still fatigue from the race I read somewhere 1 day per mile to totally recover so give yourself another week of easy work outs

Ok good! Just hoping my HM run was not some kind of crazy fluke. 1 day per mile for recdovery definitely puts me into next week....phew. Plus I'm having a small toe issue now - ugh - posted a question about it on the regular board as I didn't want to bore anyone to tears here.Long story short I think the nail just got bruised but boy does it hurt
