I finally got Crystal access but my notes show to go into the Report System page, click on Telecommunications-Campus Access and then Departmental Usage Report. I don't see any of these options. I would appreciate your help.

reminiscent but not familiar... exactly opposite of the results I found...
too bad they didn't report herd characteristics, it would be interesting to know if population and demography trends/traits are also different...
