Frankly, I've never given it a thought, being a jogger or a runner.  As far as I'm concerned, you can call anyone either name when they have that jog/run motion instead of the walk motion.  Can someone explain to me what the difference is in the motion between jogging and running.  I guess, let the fun begin.

    Re: Running Challenge..

I used to jog.  I became a runner when the ITCH to run overpowered me and controled my day and when I couldn't go more than 2 days without running.  Now granted I may be one of the SLOWEST runners on the board, and I dont' have runner's legs....... but I have a runners heart and a runner's mind.  That is where it is at.
