Attention coaches. I am putting together a strength and conditioning site, *S.P.E.E.D. tm*, where you can contribute articles on any topic RELEVANT to Speed-Strength & Conditioning. I will say this, bodybuilding, aka, grunting and groaning bicep curls, NOT acceptable. Also, leg extentions, and any other single joint movement that has no relevance to sports will not be posted. Multi-joint training, stretching techniques, sports nutrition, topics that will make athletes and coaches....better, thats what my site will be about. I'm looking to make it either a bi-weekly, or monthly journal.
