Sugar rush expired. Everyone's now in hypoglycemic shock. (except, hopefully, Steelers21)

Re: CHirp Chirp Chirp

Chirp Chirp Chirp???  Well, the last week or so hasn't been the greatest.  Even Sunday, good as it was, was a mixed bag (unable to run).  I'm now on Levaquin, and my doctor says "Maybe that's not a good idea.  It's been reported to cause tendon problems.  But you're not running now anyway.  So you should be OK."  Of course the alternative is Cipro, which has similar side effects.  But it can only get better, right?  If I can get the Achilles fixed by the end of November I'll have 5 weeks to train for Disney. LOL, that's enough, isn't it?  It will be a nice vacation anyway.

Oh dear. But if you take Cipro, at least you won't come down with anthrax......

In all seriousness, now that your lunch hours are sadly free, you should perhaps consider lunch with your local adjunct population soon. But not on Tuesdays, because I have back to back to front to back classes, like. It's very cozy on that schedule, there.

Lunch - anytime - not Tuesday is fine.

Levaquin works on anthrax too . . . after exposure.

For those in the Philly area who missed Oprah because of the Phillies parade - it is on at 2:35 am Saturday morning.  That thing was apparently still going on at 7p.m.

Re: CHirp Chirp Chirp

I have to see a podiatrist about my heel.  The medication looks like 30 days. It's one of those tough to kill infections.

Ugh! 30 days I can't even remember to take any medication that long! I'm not a good pill taker.

When do you go in to see the podiatrist?

Not to mention after 30 days on a heavy-duty whompus-killer antibiotic, I'd be a VERY unhappy female.
