US Marine recently returned from Iraq. In the past 2 years I have had my appendix removes after getting an internal infection, 3 Brain Surgeries and 1 year ofChemo Therapy after being diagnosed with Primary CNS, T-Cell Lymphoma. For years I have rode and run. While in the hospital I had a come to jesus period and decided the path for me was Triathlons and endurance activitiesto inspire as many as I can to close thier soup coolers, get off thier rears and get busy. I am dumb to smart training. Looking for guidance from those who have been where I want to go. Currently riding 60-90 miles a week, running 4 days a week 3 of those being quality runs and a long run. Swimming 2 times.
Thank You
JT
