What do you think about BasketballPower's Preseason Top 20? Mater Dei (1), Duncanville (2) and St. Patrick (3) head the list.
Any others you think should have made the list? Any others you think should have been left off?
Let your thoughts be known.
Word of God in NC. They have the number one recruit john wall. Watch for these guys to be at the top by the end of the season.
From what I've read he is a stud, but how is his supporting cast? A standout player can only take a team so far.....
Duncanville just lost so their record is at 5-1. Doubt they will be number 2 for very long. Hello St Pats
Word of God also has Tristan Spurlock, 6-7 Forward going to Virginia.
Legend Status
Mater Dei is a cant miss they have 5 division 1 recruits at 5 big time d-1 schools. They are a force to be reckon with. I think the only schools that will beat them are one which love to run and are extremly athletic
Keep your eyes on White Station out of memphis tn. They got some rel talent. Best squad in the state.
The City of Los Angeles is always dominant. Powerhouses like Compton, Dominguez, Fairfax usually rule and Taft is defending champs
Is it me or is there a correlation between good football city/areas and good basketball areas. It seems where there is one there is the other. Look at the previously metioned areas, Los Angelas is a hub of bball and football, Atlanta has great football and basketball, North Carolina has an argument for best Bball state and they play good football there too.
That is true joey and i like your prediction about White Station. They have been a powerhouse in Tennessee for awhile.
