Best High School basketball players ever then busts

Who was the best player to ever play high school basketball. I remember watching Eddie Griffen and he had so much talent at Roman Catholic. It seemed like he did everything so easy and would wind up with 27 points and 16 rebounds. In addition his teammates got better looks at college for playing alongside him. Any other great high school players that were just busts afterwards?
I was just looking at some NBA draft history. Shaun Livingston was drafter 4th overall by the clippers in 2004. He went to Peoria Central high in Illinios. He is currently averaging 2 points per game with the MIami Heat. Interesting side note, Dwight Howard was the first overall pick by the Magic and he came right out of high school. Looks like these two careers have gone different paths.

Yea those two paths are very different. Yet, Llivingston had that horrible injury over 2 years ago with the clippers but everyone was saying he was going to be the next Magic Johnson a 6'9 PG now Chris Quinn and Mario Chalmers are playing over him. Another bust would have to be Kwame Brown. Fact.
Its a shame that these kids left high school to ply in the NBA, these kids just arent ready for that jump. Look at TIm Duncan, went all fours years at Wake and now he will go down as an all time great player.
Well now they have the new rule where they must go to one year of college. But with the Brandon Jennings experiment overseas making millions i wonder how mnay kids will follow his path.
it might be better for them. Its a training ground on making millions and those teams play a different style so it help expand you game. Also alot of those leagues are better than the college game.

I think it's a toss-up between Schea Cotton and Felipe Lopez...both featured in SI before playing a single HS game...both never lived up to the hype.
I remember Felipe Lopez going to St Johns and having a brief NBA career with i think the Utah Jazz. Andre Barrett is another name that comes off the top of my head....
how bout Ed O'Bannon from the national champ '94 UCLA squad. I think he played a couple years in the league. I thought he was going to be real good.

Omar Cook do your homework...he went straight to the league and then busts...another guard who never lived up to the hype
