Re: Beer
Hmmmm, what to drink while watching "The Apprentice" tonight.

It's not QUITE warm enough to Mexican, but way too nice for anyhing Stout.

The SN Wheat was good on Monday.

Abita Purple Haze could be good, for a RasWheat.

I haven't had DFH :60 IPA in a while.

MH HiPA is tasty too, but they've probably run out already. I could substitute Blind Faith or Fat Angel, but not #9, 'cuz that has fruit in it ... and fruit doesn't belong in beer.

I thinking we're having steak for dinner, maybe Brooklyn Brown Ale.

Of course I could celebrat Chris "The Angry Chipmunk" Shelton's Disorderly Conduct arrest with some Woodchuck Cider .... naaaaah.

First of all, you may be in trouble according to the following excerpt

On the ?Today Show? with Matt Lauer, Donald Trump said: ?I don?t drink, I don?t smoke. I never had a drug in my life ... alcohol is a drug. I mean, alcohol and tobacco are both terrible drugs. And, you know, I?d like to see the lawyers start going after the alcohol companies, cause I think alcohol is a much greater detriment than cigarettes.?

Secondly - it is not really very nice to quote my comments that were made while in a bad mood. I realize that I may not always be that nice myself, but really...

Oh yes - why not fruit fruit on Apprentice night? Or maybe Fat Angel or Ipswich IPA or Tremont Ale or Victory Hop Devil IPA - so many choices, so few episodes.

I'm not a contestant on The Apprentice, so I'm in no trouble.

"I never had a drug in my life ... " - Ted Nugent
"I never had a drug in my life ... " - Gene Simmons
"I never had a drug in my life ... " - Donald Trump

"One of these things is NOT like the others ..."

That does put a different spin on things. There's been some scenes in the Boardroom where we thought he was completely smashed, but just had to show up at the taping anyway.

Now, I want to know what was REALLY going on.

I'm thinking HopDevil or DFH.

Re: Beer
I think you should make it a Smutty. Shoals Pale Ale. I had one last night, only my 3rd beer in 9 weeks, and it was nectar of the gods.

Ah shucks - not really. Turtles have thick skin.

Hey - we haven't seen an illustration in a while. The need for a BEER superhero was a not-so-subtle hint.

Smutty is a good suggestion and the little seal is really cute. Yes - my voice just went very high and girly.

I'm confused ... The Beer Superhero should be a Turtle named Smutty???

Something like this "Classic?"

Yes, I went with Hop Devil. You know what??? I forgot what a rich amber that beer is. Somewhere in Trump's hair, there exists a color to match it. But then, he has every color except blue, green and purple in there.

Re: Beer
SoooOOoooo, anybody tried Rolling Rock Green Light? Good, bad, ugly?

I'd like to have the option of a good light beer - Amstel light is too skunky for my taste (translation: it makes me want to yak). I have been reduced to ordering Michelob Ultra when I want a light beer.

My favorite light beer is Guinness.
