im not sure if anyone has mentioned this on the forums or not but i was watching espn last night and there is a nice documentary style show called "a woman amongst men" i think. it follows boys and girls high school in NYC through the season. The head coach is a woman and they are real good, one of the best in the city.. The show is good, it also follows the players on college visits. This is the first time i have seen it is pretty interesting.
Thats interesting is that a high school program or more like aau? I remember watching a woman coach a boys freshman team before and even that is tough for respect. Gotta give her some props
the last episode i saw, i think it was the 2007 season, they beat lincoln in the regular season then played them again in the city champioship. they got a pretty good team. Not sure how they are doing this season though.
I have to give the woman coach props because the success she has in such a tough league. Doubt she would be able to beat lincoln this year with Lance Stephenson.
